Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:
Thank you for shopping at marketlakemartin.com! We want you to be happy with your purchase.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within 14 days of your purchase.
Please see below to determine if your item is eligible for return or exchange.

Candles:
Candles must be in the same packaging and condition in which you received.

Candles that have been burned or show any visible signs of use do not qualify for exchange or return.

Apparel/Other items:
Apparel or other items must be unwashed, unworn/unused and in the same packaging and condition in which you received.

Items that appear to have been used or worn will not qualify for a return or exchange. Original proof of purchase is required for returns.

Sale/Clearance items:
All sale and clearance items are final and excluded from returns and exchanges.

If The Market @ Lake Martin items were purchased from another retailer, you must contact that retailer for return inquiries.

Shipping:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges. Local customers can avoid shipping by arranging a time to exchange or return.

If your item meets eligibility for return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  • Initiate return or exchange via email at info@marketlakemartin.com.
  • You will receive instructions for returning items by email.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll provide an update on processing the exchange or refund.

If the item qualifies for a refund, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment, within 3 business days.

I haven’t received my refund:
If you haven’t received your credit/refund, please check with your bank.
